Ashley Pugh Named a Student Ambassador at Cloud County Community College

Ashley Pugh, of Chapman, KS. was named a student ambassador for the Office of Admissions at Cloud County Community College for the 2012-2013 academic year. Ashley is a freshman nursing major and a graduate of Junction City High School. Student Ambassadors are selected fromthe Cloud County Community College student population through an interview process conducted by the Admissions staff. Student ambassadors not only act as positive role models to current students, but are also the first point of contact for potential students and their families. The student ambassadors give campus tours, perform various office work to assist in student recruitment, and they assist in hosting recruitment events on campus.

Cloud County Community College, founded in 1965, is one of 26 public two-year community and technical colleges in Kansas and is coordinated by the Kansas Board of Regents. CCCC's service area encompasses a 12-county area primarily in north central Kansas with its two physical campuses in Concordia and Junction City.
