Cloud County Community College student Alison Rassette inducted into honor society

Cloud County Community College held its spring 2016 induction ceremony for Phi Theta Kappa (PTK), an international honor society for two-year colleges. The ceremony was held Thursday, February 18, at the college's Geary County campus in Junction City.

Alison Rassette, from Salina, KS was inducted as a new member of the CCCC, Concordia campus Upsilon Tau chapter of Phi Theta Kappa.

Phi Theta Kappa, founded in 1918, recognizes and encourages academic achievement. PTK also provides opportunities for individual growth and development through leadership, scholarship, fellowship and service. Students who have completed at least 12 hours of transferrable credit while maintaining a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.5 are invited to join.

College President Dr. Danette Toone welcomed the inductees and guests attending the PTK induction ceremony.
