Hailey Kelly Selected as CCCC Fall Homecoming Candidate

Cloud County Community College Fall 2012 Homecoming activities will conclude Saturday, Sept. 15, with a tailgate barbecue, soccer matches and the crowning of the 2012 Fall Homecoming King and Queen.

Hailey Kelly, a sophomore Physical Therapy Assistant major from Oskaloosa, Kansas, and graduate of Oskaloosa Jr. Sr. High School was announced as a candidate Monday and College faculty, staff and students have been casting their votes to select the winners.

Saturday, Sept. 15 events will begin with a tailgate barbecue at noon outside the College Fitness Center that lasts until 1 p.m. Snow cones will be available from 12:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. The College Bookstore will have a merchandise tent set up by the soccer field from 1-3 p.m.

Women's soccer kicks off against Coffeyville Community College at 2 p.m. The men's soccer match, also against Coffeyville Community College, begins at 4 p.m. The crowning of the 2012 CCCC Fall Homecoming King and Queen will take place between the matches. There is no charge to attend.
