Trevor Nordell Signs Letter of Intent at CCCC

Trevor Nordell, a senior at Concordia High School in Concordia, Kansas, signed a letter of intent to participate in the baseball program at Cloud County Community College for the 2013-2014 school year.

Trevor was the leading hitter for the Concordia Panther's baseball team that placed second in the Class 4A state tournament last year. Nordell, who was a first-team All-North Central Kansas League selection as a catcher, hit.467 his junior year with 26 runs batted in. He scored 26 runs and had 16 stolen bases for a Concordia team that finished 22-2. Appearing in seven games as a pitcher, Nordell had a 4-1 record with a 2.70 earned run average. He struck out 41 and walked 18 in 23 1/3 innings.
